Regardless of tire brand, 30″ or 32″ tires are quite common, and both sizes will clear the fender wells, shocks, and other neighboring components with ease. A clutch kit, on the other hand, is something we frequently recommend. Although a Polaris RZR or RS1 clutch kit isn’t required, you’ll notice the difference — especially if you run a bigger tire and/or wheel combination.
Many people believe that if you don’t upgrade your clutch when running larger tires, you’ll start breaking stuff, however where and how you drive has a much stronger impact on clutch performance. With the stock Polaris RZR clutch, you can still ride tails and rocks, as well as fairly steep hill climbs and tricky tracks. However, your best bet will be to run in low range 90% of the time and not overwork your bike.

Fire extinguishers are another optional UTV gear that is nevertheless useful to have on hand. On the other hand, you could always let your UTV burn down, get the insurance money, and use it to put down a deposit on the latest and greatest Polaris Razor. All joking aside, safety should be your top priority, because holding a steering wheel with a shattered collar bone is difficult.
RZR Suspension Upgrades

While the price of such suspension configurations may cause sticker shock, the performance benefits they provide make them well worth it — especially if you have a Highlifter XP version that you want to run a gear reduction on for 32″ tires.
