The Rhino is ideally suited to various duties ranging from enjoyment to work. The design is done for people who prefer to operate in tighter riding situations, such as woodland areas, but the cargo bed is large enough to transport equipment or supplies for a job site. When it was introduced in 2004, the Rhino broke new ground with the leisure crowd. Before the introduction of the Rhino, the UTV industry was dominated by slow, heavy, enormous machines intended solely for labour.

Engine

The liquid-cooled overhead-cam engine, with a displacement of 421cc, provides ample low-end torque, a
powerful mid-range, and impressive top-end power. Additionally, the dual-range motor with reverse, found on machines under 450cc, delivers increased pulling power in low gear and more remarkable performance in high gear than any other vehicle in its class.
The Mikuni BSR carburettor’s 33mm diameter and high-output DC-CDI ignition provide superb throttle response and fuel efficiency.
A complete stainless steel exhaust system with aluminium heat shields and a screen-type spark arrestor is specially designed for excellent power characteristics and low noise emission.
Overheating is prevented by a specially engineered drive system air intake vent, which also keeps water and mud out of the drive case.
A large-capacity aluminium radiator and oil cooler with fan-assist provide maximum cooling efficiency and are mounted high in the frame for maximum protection.
Air filter box with easy access and no tools required.

Chassis

The rack-and-pinion steering system is light and responsive, with a fully sealed steering column and double U-jointed steering linkage for smooth operation and a class-leading turning radius, even in 4WD.
Ground clearance of 11.0 inches provides optimum underbelly protection while improving terrain ability.
The CAD-designed steel frame is lightweight and has excellent durability and rigidity for excellent handling.
The vehicle’s large-diameter ventilated hydraulic front disc brakes and shaft-mounted rear disc brakes provide exceptional stopping power in various environments.
The On-Command system incorporates a low-maintenance front shaft drive with a gear case and electronic servo-activated 2WD/4WD/Diff-lock. The U-joint is eliminated with a direct rear shaft drive, resulting in increased longevity and more efficient power transfer at all RPMs.
The 400-pound capacity of the stamped steel dump bed is impressive. The conventional two-inch receiver trailer hitch is positioned in the centre and can pull up to 1200 pounds.
